Stock Availability: We keep the information of availability of stock up to date, any payments taken online for items which are not available or any delay is possible, the payment will be refunded within 24hrs. Telephone or Email orders will be advised of the current stock situation before any order is confirmed.

Price Availability: We constantly update website prices to keep these accurate in accordance to base metal prices, This does however mean that at times of high interest within the precious metals market, Prices shown can not be guaranteed, In this case Telephone or email orders will be advised of current prices before any order is confirmed.

Payment Methods: Currently we are only able to take Credit and Debit card payments through our online provider Paypal, other payment methods available are Personal cheque or banker’s draft, Postal Order, Direct Bank Transfer or Cash.

We will usually keep most orders (except bullion without a deposit) open for 10 days to allow for payments, after this time we would automatically close any order that has not been paid.

VAT: Post 1800 gold coins have been VAT exempt in the United Kingdom since 2000, you are advised to check your local tax laws if outside the UK.

Postal Service: We will post worldwide for UK deliveries we use the Royal mail's special delivery service, and for worldwide deliveries we use Royal mail's International signed for or Swift air services. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery in UK and 14-28 days worldwide. Please contact us should you require further information on postal charges and services. We will ship worldwide subject to the destination Countries own import duties or restrictions, all buyers accept the responsibility of adhering to any local rules, restrictions or import charges applicable.

Postal Insurance: items shipped within the UK via our standard service are insured to a maximum of £10,000, items shipped abroad are insured to £10,000 per parcel and we may split larger consignments. For very large orders we prefer to use TNT as our international carrier as these items can be tracked internationally and can be fully insured.

Disputes procedure: We will act fairly should any dispute arise with either our service or products, items purchased by auction can be exchanged or a refund auctioned within 7 days of receipt provided there are returned to us in the condition in which they were sold. Items sold via our online store or telephone will be exchanged or a refund actioned should the items be damaged in anyway. Please contact us should any problem arise and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Privacy Policy: We do not pass any information we receive from customers to any other party this includes personal address and Email information. We do not store or hold any debit or credit card details on file, all card processing is carried out via secure servers and information encrypted. We may use your details to inform you of future offers either by post or electronic Email, customers maybe removed from this list if they do not wish to receive this information by informing us either by Email or writing.
