PERCIVAL SPENCER BEALE
(1949-1955)
(The 21st Chief Cashier)
Percival Beale was born on 14th September 1906
and entered Bank service on 27th October 1924, He was Chief Cashier
from 1st March 1949 to 16th January l955, when he retired. He died on
4th February 1981.
The decision on whether to price Beale for UNC/EF
rather than EF/VF is firmly balanced as availability of material
varies widely between issues.
