British Numismatic Trade Association
The British Numismatic Trade
Association was founded in 1973 as a company limited by guarantee, and
was the result of formative discussions between members of the coin
trade prior to the introduction of Value Added Tax. Today, the BNTA has
grown into an organisation which represents the interests of more than
sixty firms located throughout the British Isles.

International Bank Note Society
The International Bank Note Society (IBNS)
was formed in 1961 as a non-profit organization. The IBNS is organized
for educational purposes and in furtherance of such purpose, its
objectives are to promote, stimulate, and advance the study and
knowledge of world wide banknotes and paper currencies and all matters
related thereto along educational, scientific and historical lines.
Currently the IBNS has approximately 2,000 members in over 90 countries.
